I think I'm going to set my FitBit to alarm me every 30 minutes. It buzzes the crap out of my arm LOL so great reminder!1

I got Move Your App! very nice. You set it to remind you during a certain time period of the day and then it will also give you the stats for the day as far as active movement and no movement.3
