Here's the deets:
1. Pick a food tracking app (we are going to put a group together on MyFitnessPal so we can check in together, but you can pick whatever you want)
2. Track ALL your food all month!
3. Give yourself complete calorie forgiveness.
4. Check in with here at least once a week!
We are not trying to lose or gain weight. The goal of this challenge is to build food awareness so it is SUPER important that you not feel shame about going over your calories or indulging in that ice cream sandwich. Eat the food you like and write it down, it's as simple as that!
Tracking your food all day can sound a little overwhelming at first, but that's why we are doing it together!
