    Good Morning!

    Did some light exercise this morning. Seeing the chiropractor at lunch time today.

    Morning men. Got my EKG machine in the mail yesterday-- 1/2 the size of a credit card and 1/4" thick. Played with it all day but haven't had any heart palpitations to record. Been reading up on A-fib and ablation. An Australian study in 2015 found losing 10% of your weight eliminated Afib completely in a huge percentage of the participants. No meds, no ablation. Keeping that weight steady doubled the success. They used aggressive intervention with the patients, providing pre-made meals and clinician visits 3xs a week.

    Worth a try to get my flab under control again.

    Taking DS for his blood tests this morning. He slow jogged a road race Sunday. 5k. So proud of him.

    Mike, it is wonderful to read about your son doing a 5K. Great news. Glad you are making progress finding a path forward your are comfortable with on the AFib. That's important.

    We hit 93 yesterday, more coming the next couple days. So early walking is on tap. But today I am up early to first have coffee at Starbucks with an old running friend and his wife who are driving through the area to Fresno. They are on a tour of kids and grandkids before returning to Florida. Then rush home lace up and get 4 miles in and get the days tasks done.

    Morning Men. Back in the system now, early session at the gym this morning with DW and hoping to get a ride or at least a walk in this afternoon. God news Mike...I guess losing weight is beneficial for almost everything. Encouragement and incentive. Be well all.
