I was diagnosed with pcos with insulin resistance since 7 years ago. I was always small. 5"9 115 pounds. over the last few years started gain weight. I am now 160 and trying to get down to 130! Glucophage made me sickly. So no meds.

    New diagnosis here. I've always battled weight but since going off of birth control I've gained like CRAZY. I'm not happy about it but I'm glad that my symptoms presented because it means that I can take care of what's going on with my body. Back on the pill and I don't want any other meds.
