@2020pinktogo : oh goodness, stressful times for you. Speedy recovery wishes to your mom & grandma!

I have lots of work to do today. I bought new shelves & will completely change the parts room. I couldn't fix it with what we had, so I decided to bite the bullet & make it better. That means, clearing things out, building shelves & putting things back in. It will be a ton of work & create a huge mess but will be totally worth it!

My goals for today are to work hard & stick to macros/calories. That's it, that's all :)

@2020pinktogo Eek! Both in the hospital at the same time. I hope you are trying to take time for yourself. Praying for a speedy recovery for both of them, and that you keep your sanity.

@lpeltenburg Sounds like hard work, but it will be so worth it, when it is the way you want it. Sounds like you have some good goals for today.

Yesterday, was a pretty good day. I got sucked into a team challenge for Hogwarts challenge. I had a blast, and did a few more things than I had planned for. So worth it. I was also having a very emotional day and wanted to feed my emotions beast. I am so proud, I didn't cave. Not a single piece of food crossed my mouth when it wasn't dinner time.

    Yesterday's Goals:
    Under Calories!!!! :D
    80 ounces of water :)
15000 Steps, 20000 steps Did an extra 2 miles for challenge B)
    Gym time :)
    Squat challenge :)
    Hogwarts Challenge :)

    Today's Goals:
    Under Calories!!!
    12500 Steps
    Gym Time
    Squat Challenge
    Finish Hogwarts stuff
    Stay positive
    Focus at work
Don't eat my emotions (This is going to be very hard.)

    Week Goals:
    No Sugar/Sweet Treats 2/7
    12500 steps 2/7
    Walk @ lunch 1/4 (want 4/5 days)

@2020pinktogo so sorry to hear about your mom and grandmother in the hospital. So stressful, make sure you look after yourself and don't put too much pressure on yourself.
@jdelaroy - great job on not eating your emotions that is a hard beast to control!

Had a good day yesterday, had a few more little snacks than I planned but was so hungry. I still came in under so I will call it a win. Another drop this morning, getting there slowly.

    Today's goals:
    eat to plan
    stay under calories
    20 min cardio - done
at least 1 hr of yard work
    packing
    prep for tomorrow

    Have a wonderful day!

@2020pinktogo - UGH I am SO sorry! One the positive side, you can visit both at one place??!! (there is no positive side to being in the hospital!)

@Kenda2427 - awesome job on the drop! Today's plans sound great! Go get 'em!

Yesterday was good - got in my C25K and it wasn't too bad. I had finished the program back in March then I got hit with influenza and totally lost strength in my legs so I had to go back to almost the beginning (ugh) but I'm getting there. SO ANNOYING!!!

    Weekly Goal Update:

    C25K: 3 days a week 1/3
    Yoga: 6 days a week: 1/6
Net Carbs 40 and under 2/7
    No Diet Pop 2/7 (yes!!)

    Good morning everyone!!
@2020pinktogo So sorry to hear about your mom & grandma!! Hope they get better soon! Hang in there!
@lpeltenburg Just think of all those calories you will burn clearing stuff out & putting shelves up! Plus it will feel great when it's done!
@jeldaroy Way to go not caving in to emotional eating!! That's can be so difficult, so great job!
@Kenda2427 Congrats on the drop in the scale, even if it's a little! It's going in the right direction! Even with extra snacks, you still made it work!
@carlsoda Yay for getting in your C25K! It's frustrating when something sets you back, so awesome job sticking with it!

I hit all my goals yesterday, so that felt good!! Hubby is leaving town for convention until Friday, so I need to plan what to have for the next couple of nights with just my one kiddo at home. That's usually when we go out to eat, or get pizza. Have an awesome Wednesday!!

    Goals for this week
    Drink 8-10 glasses of water
Log/journal everything that goes into my mouth
    Stay within calories each day
    Exercise at least 4 days
Plan for family coming into town this weekend

@2020pinktogo oh no, my thoughts are with you, I hope everything turns out well. Xxx
@lpeltenburg ooh that all sounds like so much fun! Enjoy it, totally worth it!
@jdelaroy well done! The biggest walls are the ones we build ourselves, or something, it sounds vaguely profound!
@Kenda2427 don't sell yourself short, you're doing awesome!
@carlsoda you've done it before, so at least you know you can ace it! I get plantar fasciitis so I know the frustrations!
@kimmysue100 enjoy your special time with your little one, maybe a pizza and a play in the park to even it out?
@lalajak oops, what did you end up doing? I used to live in lincoln so went to Nottingham often, don't remember doing much specific though, oh apart from the ghost walk in the caves that was brill! Went to Leicester in January but it was for a geeky Christmas party, so if you want to know a lot of dungeons and dragons people, otherwise, space centre, and Richard III stuff, to late now I know. :(, what did you do?
So I don't know where I disappeared to for a few days, I blinked and it was three day laters, kind of. I'm revising for my stupid exam which means procrastinating to the extreme, so house is looking okay but I have mainly been dancing to classic rock. Fun fun fun but also useless useless useless for passing exams

    Morning,
@2020pinktogo, ohhh nooo, my thoughts go your way

Yesterday, flew by! I do have to share this though! To make a long story short. We ended up going out to dinner around 7, which is late for us to eat. We went to our favorite teriyaki restaurant, extremely delicious. My husband ordered egg rolls since it was late, I didn't eat one. Plus around 9:30 he had dessert, ice cream. Yes, I didn't have any, double yay! Even though it's taking me forever to drop these last few pounds. I'm definitely making smarter choices 95% of the time.

    Today goals
    1. Morning workout ✅
    2. Strength (Hogwarts / Monthly challenge)
    3. Log workouts in journal for the last 2 weeks of May
    4. Yoga session tonight
    5. Get to the store for a few things for dinner!
    ----
    May Goals
    1.Run 3x/weekly
    2.Yoga 6x weekly
    3.Outside walk @ least once
4.Keep focusing on weekends goals (healthy eating)
    5.Strength 15 mins (Monthly Challenge & Kettlbell)

    Done 1 2x, 2 3x, 5 2x

    :) Let's make this happen :)[/quote]

    Good afternoon flowers!!!

@2020pinktogo you must be made of some special fabric to handle everything so chilled. I'm wishing you the best for your loved ones. It's good you're working on yourself because your family clearly needs you strong and healthy.

@GrandmaJackie you're a hero!!! Resisting all that temptation is amazing! With such behavior under your belt, those last ponds have nowhere to hide :)

Yesterday I was able to hit my goals. Eating much later in the day, truly helps me.

Today's another chance to cement my new habits. I want to start eating when I'm hungry and stay within calories/macros, train good, steps, water and better sleep. Chin-ups are already done so that's a nice start.

    Let's have a fabulous Wednesday!!!
