Hi ladies! I couldn't find the current weeks' update thread so I just decided to start a new one. I don't know if anyone is still here but I need a place to be accountable. So today is my third day of logging and I'm doing pretty well with it. I met my cal goals yesterday and Wednesday!!! YAY! I still haven't been back to the gym.. that is the goal for next week. I'm also going to check into the open lap swimming that starts for the summer because it's relatively inexpensive and gets me out of bed early to work. Focused today on meeting my macros.. wish me luck! Thank you for keeping this group open. XOX!

    Hi @Kerryatoon. Glad to see you here. Good job on logging and cal goals. I haven't logged in I don't know how long. I just can't get back into the groove of that. Swimming would be good to start for the summer. I was thinking about getting a gym membership again where they have a pool. it's only $10/mo, but they don't always have open swimming so I'm torn. Good to see you back here! I miss having the group all together.

    I've really gotten my soda drinking under control. I still have one a couple times a week, but not all day every day like I had been. i know my A1c is going to be much better on my next lab tests. I go back in 9.5 weeks. My goal is to get it to a 5.5-6.0. I think I can do it.

    My weight has stayed the same since the beginning of the year. I fluctuate 1-2 lbs every month, but it's pretty much the same. I'm shocked, surprised and sad that I haven't dropped any lbs since going off soda. I thought I'd lose at least a few, but nope...none. And my eating is not horrible. So I guess I've been in involuntary maintain mode for 5 months. Wish I could get back to losing. Probably would be doing much better if I was logging again. And exercise of course. yuck. I know I gotta do it.

    Awesome job on the soda control @AZLisaLou , I remember when I quit Diet Coke all together, I craved it badly for months... now, just thinking about drinking one sip makes me get gaggy shivers. Haha
    I'm maintaining ok! Still doing spinning 2x week and Barbell 1x (today is batbell)! I still haven't gotten the nerve to go to the big kid machines even tho I really want to. @Kerryatoon , how did you start? Were you able to start 5x5 with the empty bat? I'm afraid it'd be too heavy.
    My weight fluctuates like crazy. One day I'll be 147 and the next day I'll be 155!!! So I don't really know what my real weight is, I suppose closer to 147, but just still gets to me to see the numbers change so dramatically.
    Anyway, so happy to see you ladies again!!!
