@Kenda2427, you have a lot going on these next couple of weeks. You have this, take one day at a time.
Yesterday, we never got a walk in but we were able to get this done around the house that we're been wanting to do. It helps with the gorgeous weather we had, yessssss! This next week I'm going to focus on a healthy. Plus a couple challenges I'm in going to keep me busy.
Today's goals
1. Stair Master
2. Monthly Challenge - 2 days worth
3. No late night snacking
4. Yoga Camp - Day 3
5. Grocery shop
Let's make this happen!
Weeks goals
1. Hogwarts, Ilvermorny, Biggest Losser and GoT challenges
2. A couple outside workouts
3. Yoga Camp
4. Preplan Sat/Sun menu and workouts
5. No late night snacking
6. Lunches for the week (hubby)

Nice to get the house sorted out @GrandmaJackie. When things are nice and organized we can breathe easier. Best of luck with your challenges for the next week!
Yesterday was pretty active. Cleaned out the house, a little BBQ, a long walk through the park.. ended up hitting my steps naturally. Appetite wise, I did finish dinner a little early and stayed up late... ended up having some yogurt and granola. I was a little over but still in a deficit, didn't stuff myself, so I consider it a success.
Today's plan is to get things situated nicely for a good start to the week. Calories in the green, chin-ups, steps, water, early bedtime and a few hours of roller skating should be fun.

Week 3 is going down as another WIN !! (M-Sun)
1) Keep within my calorie goal. 5/7
DONE 6/7
2) Drink a min of 75 oz of water PER DAY.
DONE 100+oz AGAIN
3) Run 3+ days per week 30+ min.
3.5 miles, might just do it again today
4) Reach my step goal of 14k EVERY DAY !
DONE 6/7 yesterdays step goal was slaughtered 22k+
5) Begin Jillian's 30 day shred AND The Aftershock workout on MONDAY APRIL 24th, after Jillian's 30 days are done (5/26/17) I will continue the Aftershock workout and add the 9 ABS workout.
So far so good. Starting Lvl 2 of 30 D/S today (fell a couple days behind schedule) 10 days of lvl 2 and then on to Lvl 3 !0 -
DAY 21:
Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your weekend. We have another 3 day weekend here so no school / daycare for the kids tomorrow. This means no gym tomorrow and as its going to continue to rain...no walk either. Instead I will spend my day here at home doing laundry and cleaning house. Today I finished half of my basement spring cleaning and have loads of stuff up for sale on FB. After I finish my basement I am moving onto my garage. This next month will be all about clearing out my house.
@MonicaA2013 - You are so amazing. I don't know how you do it! You are so inspiring. Well done achieving all your goals!
