    Overall Goal:
    1. Under 2,000 cal's per day
    2. Post 3-4 times per week
    3. Lose 1-2 lbs per week with total loss goal of 23 lbs.

    1. Under 1710 calories per day
    2. Post 3-4 times a week
    3. Lose 1-2 pounds a week until I reach 165-170
    4. Maintain weight at 165-170

    I've put on 6 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks (5/20 = 188lbs; 5/31 = 194.5lbs). I have NO idea how I'm gaining weight. I'm discouraged and angry.
