Hi, interested to know if anyone has upgraded to Premium, and if so, what the advantages are please!

    Quote from one of my MFP friends who has been on here for 3 years straight.
    So I decided to go "Premium". Don't waste your money! My feed is clogged with My Fitness Pal blog posts. That's still "ads" as far as I see it.
