Sorry I have been MIA. I read through some of the threads & is sounds like everyone is busy too.
I am very happy that is challenge continues through to July. Normally I gain weight at this time, but I am continuing to weigh and light my weight daily on a spreadsheet. I have bulk cooked some chicken & have romaine lettuce on hand for quick meals. Kinda boring, but healthy.
My weight loss has slowed a little, but I think it is due to stress & lack of sleep. I know I will have a whoosh soon, because my body can't hold on to it forever!

@lpeltenburg Good job having a plan for those crazy busy days! Your body will give it up and soon. Won't that be nice to have a loss instead of a gain. Keep up the good work.
Yesterday was an alright day. Got most of my goals. I didn't win the competition. I really didn't think I would but still disappointing none the less.
I have suffered from depression off and on since I was in my teens. For the last year and a half I have been feeling great. For the last month I feel like I have been fighting it off and on. I don't like the pills they give for depression and really don't feel like they help enough to warrant the risks that go along with them. So, hopefully I am able to fight my way through it. It helps having you guys here, and a supportive BF. (Although he doesn't understand it at all.)

Morning,
Woke up early so I was able to get my beans in the crockpot early, yay! Today, I'm going to just focus on making smart choices. The weather is supposed to get sunny, about time, it looks like everyone is having a tough time, one day at a time, WE CAN DO THIS!
Today's goals,
1. Wampus cardio YouTube
2. No late night snacking
3. Hit protein
4. Start making goals for the weekend
5. Get shopping list made
6. Yoga with Blocks this afternoon

Funny how the little toys we buy ourselves can bring so much joy @GrandmaJackie. I'm exactly the same it's the little things in life that reignite out passions.
@jdelaroy you're a winner in my book! Maybe you didn't place first but your journey is ongoing and progress is being made! We are here for you with whatever you need.

Yesterday went good, all goals done. Weight is climbing though... normally this is when I would start TOM but I have a feeling that won't happen since I'm on this BC pill. If last week is any indication of the future, I will keep on gaining until Saturday and then have a huge drop by Monday; huge enough to freak me out and make me check everything to make sure I'm not loosing muscle. Welcome to my weekly insanity ride.
Now for some funny news. I ordered a kettlebell for Mother's Day... I had some issues with the thickness of the handle. I was taking pictures to prove accuracy and I laid my tape measure next to a ruler. Long story short, imagine my surprise when I realized that the old trusted measuring tape was lying to me. That thing must have stretched over the years I'm getting a new one tomorrow. Time to restart measurements.
Goals for today: eat within calories/macros, train, do chin-ups, steps, water and sleep.
