Big Auxiliary supported party at VFW tomorrow. I'm hosting/staffing our Gubernatorial candidate for Gov Corey Stewart. I really like this guy and hope this state gets behind him in the primaries and General election.... He's tough on immigration and fixing our infrastructure....

Taking off work to work in yard, then complaining about amount of paperwork, you should have put the paper down as a mulch layer then no one could have seen it.
Continues HOT here but should rain Sunday then cool where highs will be in 80's.
If one crawls far enough they could burn off effects of pub.
Hopefully I will have a quiet weekend and DMIL will behave herself.

Hope storms were not too bad, at least you know if roofers did a good job. Hope DM is doing better when you visit her and you get out on the water to enjoy some time.

Wild storms here last night. You know it is going to be rough when they mention your little burg TWICE in the non-stop storm coverage. We had tennis ball size hail very near us. I saw golf ball size hail. We have a brand new roof! Ugh! Looking around this morning, I don't see any damage. We had a lot of very heavy rain. More expected today. The weather service has us at 100% chance of rain today. Sigh....

Sitting in front of post office waiting for it to open. USPS wouldn't deliver a package to mailbox or doorstep yesterday.
Not sure I would want a piece of a vegan cookie either.
Dogs are in truck from early morning training. Hunt test tomorrow.

I have a landscape rake sitting here a co worker is lending us, the beast is 3 feet wide, should definitely help the soil leveling going on this weekend, seed should be down and being watered by Sunday. Im moving onto power washing deck in between rain drops Sat, in anticipation of deck staining over Memorial weekend, and Im onto my flowers, SO is doing rest of lawn work on his own.
Pre packing is likely a good thing Raine, I wouldn't know, I usually am still doing laundry the night before I depart, then packing.
I agree Sam, mulch this paperwork mess, or use it as fire starter, that'll work too.

I think Lisa is doing her life coach work, she's amazing! Lisa, I was sad though to see you post about others not treating you well? I can't imagine given the love you have and kindness you extend. Like you said, ignore them! You are an amazing person and we all know this to be true! But I am sorry for those types of people around. oxoxox
