Yesterday, I didn't get much done. We had snow, rain mix and I was just in a funk. So much so I didn't even want to go skating. I did a bunch of emotional eating, and forced myself to go skate. Maybe all the exercise made up for the eating everything in sight. My scale said I lost 4 pounds and then it went up 4 pounds, so an 8 pound fluctuation. Bah humbug. Today my niece graduates, so need to stay focused at work, and try not to eat everything at the graduation party.
Yesterday's Goals:
15000 Steps Yep
80 ounces of water yep
No extra sugar no
pay bills/Rebill ARE No
Stretch goal
Steam Clean Carpets Too wet/cold
Pantry No
KEEP FOCUSED AND POSITIVE AT WORK. Well enough that I got my to do list done
Squats Yep
Today's Goals
80 oz water
Eat at maintenance
12500 Steps
Squats
work to do list
get ready for BBQ
I will probably have a busy weekend and won't be able to check in. So hope everyone has a good one.

Hang in there, @jdelaroy! Sorry the weather is lousy for you right now. Glad you were able to go skating even if you ate more than you perhaps should have. Fluctuations on the scale can be very frustrating but they are definitely a normal part of life. We're definitely not a static weight!
I've been pushing myself hard for my walking challenge at work, and I'm looking forward to tomorrow to be able to take a bit of a break and just walk a normal sort of amount. I've really enjoyed the challenge, but I couldn't keep my amount of steps up this high for long.
Hope everyone has a great end to the week and a great weekend (or long weekend if you're in Canada, yay!)0 -
Good morning flowers!!!
@fitphoenix sounds like you're doing awesome with that step count. I do understand it can become overwhelming at some point and a break will do you some good enjoy your long weekend!!!
Yesterday was good, got everything done.
Call me crazy but I'm happy for the 40 degree drop in temperature today. We had highs of 80 this week and it's been awesome but the change was too drastic and I didn't feel comfortable. The crisp air feels refreshing and I'm hoping for a slower warmup this time so I can adjust better.
Friday's can be challenging time wise but my agenda is manageable so the goals are always the same: eat within calories/macros, train, do chin-ups, 10,000 steps, water and good restful sleep.
Let's have a fabulous Friday!!!0
