For the last few weeks the scale hasn't been moving nearly as much as it had been the last 3 months. Fluctuating around the same few pounds, some days down a bit, some days up. It can be a little disheartening.
I just decided to measure myself and see what those numbers said. I'm surprised and thrilled that since mid April my waist and hips have both gone down 2 inches. I'm so glad I decided to track those numbers in addition to my weight because now I know I'm still making great progress. I'm sure the weight will come off as my body adjusts to my new strength training routine.

I can gain 10-15 lbs and still fit in the same jeans. Measurements are such a great form of progress check0

I'm with you Ladyhusker! I just measured myself today, and I've lost an inch in my waist and about a half on my hips. What a thrill. I tried on some shorts (since it's 95 out), and they fit! They didn't 10 pounds ago. Yippee! Now if I just wasn't so pasty...0
