FB Sweat v. FB 30

Just finishing up the 4 week body weight only challenge. I loved having the workouts picked for me and the fact that it forced me to do some workouts I wouldn't have chosen on my own. I didn't see the changes in my body I had hoped for but if I'm honest I could have been better with my nutrition. I'm thinking of buying FB Sweat or FB 30 next. I'm leaning towards Sweat since you can choose if you want 30 or 50 mins each day. Anyone have experience with both/an opinion? Thanks!
