@danelutza19, hope you crushed your goals on Friday! We had crazily warm weather here, too, and while I appreciate that over snow or unseasonably freezing temperatures in May, it happened really fast! I'd like some actual spring/early summer weather first, if you please. Today is supposed to be a little more moderate.

I think I overdid it a little with the walking. My right ankle has started to hurt, something that I've never had happen before. (I know I use all of my legs and feet when I walk, but I hadn't appreciated that there's a huge impact on my ankles in particular.) So I'm going to take it extra easy this weekend and hope that it sorts itself out.

Going to see Guardians of the Galaxy 2 today (2nd viewing, this time in 3D), as well as Storks (which I missed when it first came out, but the movie theater puts out family films Saturdays at 11am for $3, so I'm going to give it a go. I've budgeted popcorn into my day, and I'm planning to thoroughly enjoy myself.

Hope everyone has an awesome weekend!

    Good morning flowers!!!!

@fitphoenix your day sounds great. Have fun at the movies and enjoy that popcorn!!!

Yesterday was much like a slap in the face. I was all exited about the cold weather, did my errands dressed lightly, even plunged into some cold shower therapy. I was having a good old time throughout the day and then in the evening I got to experience the appetite increase that comes with the cold. It wasn't a silly craving for anything in particular, it was some serious hunger like I haven't felt in quite some time. I loaded up on some carbs like there was no tomorrow.

Today I get to look back at the training week: it was more challenging than usual, I increased the weight on my main movements and I'm just happy I got it done. Truly exited to take it easy for two days and recover.

I feel pretty good with all that food from yesterday :) My goals are to eat within calories/macros, do chin-ups, hit my steps, water and lots of rest.

    Let's have a fabulous Saturday!!!
