Goal Posting

Hey Team!

In a week I want each you list out some goals that you have that extend beyond "tone up". Let's think about things that are more concretely measurable. You can start to post them below and we can begin discussing things that we can work with in the timeframe we're starting with.

    I want to lose body fat. Maybe a percent or two. I want to smoothly jump rope with both feet. I want to run three miles straight, do 25 push-ups.

    I want to be to complete a Murph work out.
    I want to loose 10 pounds.
    I want to loose an inch on my waist.
    I want to get my body fat percent down by 2 percent.

    I want to be able hold plank for 90 seconds. I want to increase my weight lifting in all items by 15 pounds by the end. And decrease my mile time to 12 minutes.
