Morning,

@danelutza19, I've learned through this journey, some days your extremely energetic but other days you feel like it takes everything you have to just walk, lol. Glad your feeling better, enjoy your day!

I'm starting to think this weight might end up being my maintenance weight. This last couple of months the scale is only moving 3 or 4 pounds, up, down, up, down, lol. If at the end of June, I'm at this weigh I'm just going into the maintenance mode. On the bright side, I'm able to control my eating on my rest days.
Plus, I'm learning to work into my diet, sweet things I crave, :). This is a life time commitment not a diet. Also, I WILL have bad days, just bouncy back is the key!!!!

Goals for today
1. Morning workout ✅
2. Make Irish soda bread
3. Cardio blast (YouTube)
4. Yoga (Bedtime yoga)
5. Continue w/ no late night snacking

Let's make this happen, :)
