Couple of snack ideas....

I love a 300g tub of cottage cheese, a tbsp olive oil, chopped green olives, Himalayan salt and chopped almonds (Leave it overnight, the almonds will recover some moisture and return to a 'just off the tree' freshness crunch!)
Lovely with finely-sliced ham, and a couple of lactofermented dill pickles!

I also like to take a good freshly hard-boiled egg, crush it under a fork, add olive or avocado oil salt and black pepper and roll it into edam slices....

Any more easy, high-protein on-the-hoof stuff?

    I often do roll-ups with deli meat, cheese and a pickle.
    Cream cheese or nut butter in celery.
    Beef jerky or dry pepperoni
    Cream cheese pancakes wrapped around grilled asparagus, crispy bacon & goat cheese.
