I feel like the rabbit in Alice in wonderland, I'm late, I'm late. Holidays always throw me off. We are halfway there, what are you doing right and what are you doing wrong?

    Yay! Only 0.4 lbs gained these last 2 weeks! I'm so happy about that!

    I've slacked down to drinking about 1.5 liters of water a day. I need to increase it again! Especially with it getting warmer out. I've been doing better with my snacking as well. If I can keep up with the very minimal weight gain, I will be extremely happy!

    You are such a great leader...you show us that whether we lose or gain, we are all human and can accept that life happens and we should move on. You will probably see a super huge lose next week after you lose alot of water weight. You have such an amazing job so far. Keep up the good work young lady.

    Finally!!! All my yard work is finally showing on the scale. And I needed new jeans, so of course NOW I drop some inches !!
