Hi all, I've also been walking or working in the garden/yard, or playing with grandchildren, or enjoying a fast but fun weekend visit from eldest son and his wife. So I've been busy and thus haven't had much opportunity to post. But I'll catch up in a day or so.

June 10: Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan: 1 mile- Blue walk.
June 11: Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan: 2 miles- Blue walk twice.
June 12: Four hours yard and garden clean up.
June 13: "30 Minute Walk" 2 miles.
June 14: 30 minutes from Mix + Match Walk Blasters: Light Walk, Dance Walk, and the Flexibility Walk.
June 15: Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan: 2 miles- Yellow and Green walks.
June 16: Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan: 1 mile- Red walk.

My "Walk to NY continues" and I have walked 58.3 miles that means I am on I-69 E and am 10 miles from Port Huron where the Port Huron Statement was written in 1962 by the Organization of Students for a Democratic Society (for those who are old enough to remember! :laugh: For me, it is a bridge over the St Clair River into Canada! 10 more miles and I will be there! I'll jsut keep walkin'!

@Deeder522, I think that it is awesome that our library systems have various workout DVDs to borrow! I've also borrowed DVDs from mine.

Yesterday I got adventurous and tried the "bum bum" workout from Brazil Butt Lift from Beachbody. I wasn't going to even attempt another round of that. I think I better keep in my Walking comfort zone for a while more.4 -

Took a couple days off to recover. Treated myself to a nice pedicure and lunch with a friend. Then did 2 miles with Jessica Smith.
