Bar sausages and Utopenci

I'm Italian, but these sausages are a firm favourite among Eastern Europeans (Czech, Slovak, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian....) and I saw the recipe once, tried them and am now addicted!


I also make these Pickled bar-style sausages!

On the left are the pickled bar-style USA recipe sausages. On the right, the Czech Utopenci.... I have to wait a week now, before I can try them....!
