In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Hello Warriors!
Hope you all are having a great summer! I have definitely been enjoying myself overall.
Just finished up my religious convention over the weekend and it was soooo good and refreshing. Now it is time to get back to basics.
Starting on low carb plan today. I have not been to WW in 2 weeks. Going this Friday and Monday to a new location. It is not that the other leader is not good, just looking for a different style I guess. If neither of these days in new locations are a good fit, I will return to the closer one. Because I do not want to go on weekends too many people. I also did not like the fact that my old location did not send a card to tell me I missed. Especially after 2 weeks. That tells me they just doing it for money. I thought they did not still do it. My sisters location called her and sent card for one week missed. I wish I could go with her, but when she goes I am at work.
My doctor is tripping but I am only going to do half of what she recommended. Which is replace lunch with a protein drink, carbs less than 100. Not taking B-12 shots because it is cheaper to take pill since I have to do a dr co-pay for 4 visits which totals $100. It is low but not earth shattering low. And now that I see how satisfying the shake is, I am not doing the weight loss pills she recommended either. If I think they are needed I will try them as a last resort but in the past pills have not worked for me at all so I will just keep on trying different things until I find something that WORKS for me.
I am also going to my 1st WW Focus class on the 3rd Saturday of this month which I am so excited about --It is a 90 min class for introductory cost of $15 -- cant hurt to try it. See what my dr does not get is most of this is mental so I have to keep focusing on the mental which is mainly what WW does for me without going to another therpist. The Oprah video this week was awesome!! LET it go is the theme for this month. I have a lot to LET go of!

Good to hear from you Paulette!! Thanks for support. Good job on logging and keeping carbs low too. I am finding not as hard as I thought it would be. I will be under my carbs today for sure. So tempted but held my ground to make sure under my 150. I think I am going to do 150 the rest of June and then drop to 100. What is your carb goal?

Hi Molly- you are making good strides and got 2 days so far under your goal. Keep it going. Have a good weekend. You can do this.
I try to keep my carbs below 50 for 2 or 3 days then between 50 and 100 while trying to stay in the calories goal. Only 3 days but so far good. Sodium is the challenge right now but okay.
