Vivofit 2 Battery Replacement

I purchased my Vivofit 2 in August 2015 and I just replaced the batteries for the first time! 22 months isn't bad at all for something I expected to last only a year. I also thought I was going to lose my steps for the day as soon as I removed the old batteries. That didn't happen (thank goodness), although I did have to pair the Garmin with my cellphone again.
