@danelutza19 Great job on the 8 chin ups and the awesome goals met. I so need a rest day.

My weekend was crazy busy as well. Highlights were a baseball game Friday night, Gym, shopping, and a graduation party on Saturday, Sunday made a special breakfast, roller skating, met my dad for a late lung, then a BBQ for dinner. Managed to stay at only 200 below calories for the whole weekend. I did have to use my exercise calories though.

Friday's Goals
No more than 200 calories over (prefer the green) Going to a baseball game :)
16,700 steps :)
100 squats :)
10 wall push ups :)
Gym in the AM :)

Saturday's Goals:
Stay green, don't indulge at party Sat night :D
17000 steps :)
Gym time :)
Grocery shopping :)
Lawn mowed :)

Sunday's Goals
Stay green (this is gonna be hard. Making special breakfast, and then lunch out.) :| Nope
17000 steps :)
Gym time :/
Roller skating :)
Hogwarts Challenges Got them started.

Dang, I was on a roll! Over all very happy with my achievements.

Today's Goals:
Gym time :)
Stay Green
Lunch Walk
Water at least 80 ounces
100 squats
10 wall push ups
Dinner
Rest at home.

Have a fabulous Monday every one. We can do this!

    Good morning flowers!!!

@jdelaroy I see mostly smiling faces so clearly you did awesome over the weekend! You were very good at balancing everything out. Well deserved rest time for you.

Yesterday was great. We ended up grilling and going to the park in the afternoon when the sun wasn't burning. I'm super happy that I managed to stay within my macros and checked all my goals.
I felt like I was resting more, laying on the couch a few times a day and taking things easy ... I was begging to question my level of activity. Then, I realized that because I'm in better shape, I fly through my usual chores much faster and that's where I get the extra rest time :)

Today I want to have a stellar start to the week. Priorities are as followed: macros in the desired percentage, training, chin-ups, steps, water and lots of good sleep.

    Let's have a fabulous Monday!!!

Good morning everyone, sorry I have been MIA. I will have the spreadsheet updated today. I can't access it from home and I was sick earlier today so came into work late.

    @danelutza19 spectacular results as always!!

Busy busy weekend, and lost my momentum and gained some back but fortunately not all of last week's loss.

    Today's goals:
    get back on track
    10,000 steps
soft foods due to sore throat
    clean up my pony
    work in yard
    strength training

    Have a good day everyone!
