In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can!

Happy Wednesday warriors! Keep moving forward.

Molly- great job being accountable and good job on Tuesday with carbs,

Julie- hope all is going well. Never too late to jump in.

Hearts- I am curious what goal you might have this week. You can pick just one as it doesn't have to be a big deal.

I made no progress on my goals from yesterday.

Molly - good to see you!
Paulette - great goals! You know me well. I feel so pressured and anxious when thinking of setting goals here anymore... not sure what changed. Well it was me not anyone else... I worry to much inside that my goals are silly or stupid, or not important enough. I don't know...been going through a bit of a rough patch over the months and feeling quite self conscience of the tiniest of things. yes even what I write here.

So I just wrote simple things and I'll check them off and go from there... Thanks to all of you for always being there for support!!! ☺

HI hearts- sorry for your anxiety. So proud that you are pushing forward. I think any type of organizing helps us overall. Great job so far. Don't put too much pressure on yourself. This forum should be safe and no one thinks anything is silly or stupid.

    Have a great day all!

    Hi warriors,

sorry I haven't checked in this week - I have been away at my mom's place (the past three weeks has been an unpaid leave from work to help set her up a bit better) and it has been very productive.

Hearts - I have been having some success with anxiety using headspace app. It's basically meditating every morning (for me) for 10-15 minutes. It's been very grounding - though I've now done it for 45 days. You have to do the basic 30 day pack, to get to the anxiety pack (which is the 30 day pack I'm halfway through now)....the effect is subtle but discernible. It has also had other benefits. I'm finding it is changing my relationship with anxiety (for me, it is just a chronic state of low grade anxiety that I carry around all the time). You've probably considered stuff like this, and swimming lengths was also similar in its effect for me...that repetitive, soothing routine of lengths. Anyway - thought I'd share in case it's an idea to explore. Paulette is right - no pressure, just showing up and being kind to yourself is key

Must go to sleep and try to get some zzzz's now.

    Best.
    Julie

    Hello Everyone!

@Hearts - Hang in there. There is a lot of anxieties going around these days. I am confident you will find your way and a way to live with and ease your anxieties. Keep up the good work!

@Paulette - Thanks for always being you and checking in at some point and time

@Julie - so good to hear from you again too. Glad your time setting your Mom up has been productive.

I agree with Hearts progress is just checking in for sure...I have a ways to go to get back to the habit.

I went to WWFocus group and OMG it was not what I expected. It was a mini group therapy session that helps us to focus on us only. It was so refreshing and enlightening and just what I needed today. No weigh ins and you don't even have to be a WW member and they did not pressure my friend to get into WW because she is a non-member. I actually came home and felt like de-cluttering! After 4:00 too. I am washing some dishes now. So I will be back next month for my second Focus group. It is a pilot program which they call the missing piece. I have been playing hooky from my regular WW meetings but I am going to go back Monday. Changing my days and not sure which day I will end on sticking with but I have to do a re-start and todays 90 minute meeting helped me to reset.

Hope you all are having a great weekend!! See you all next week!

Hello Ladies- hope the weekend is going well. I know we are all struggling to get back into good habits and a good routine. Each of us has checked in this week and shared what is going on with us. That is a very good start. Showing up and owning our own "stuff" is important.

    Let's keep it going.

Julie- so glad you were able to take the time with your mother to get her set up. Great that it was productive. Hope you rested up. Looking forward to hearing from you again.

Hearts- how are you doing Sweetie. Take small steps and just check in to say hello. The rest can follow slowly.

Molly- sound like a great group and meeting. Good for you being motivated to declutter and actually doing it. I know you can continue to work your way through this stuff. I know you will figure out your ww schedule that works for you.

Let's end this month on a positive.
