nothing exciting to report exercise wise just my standard.
did have to use exercise calories today to be under my goal and I'm ok with that. ☺ have only had to use exercise calories twice this month so I think that's good. we celebrated birthdays today at work and the cupcakes from the local bakery looked too good to pass up!! i don't like/eat frosting so i just ate the cake part...it was good but not worth the calories! I should know better...lol! anyway tomorrow is another day6 -

Worn out from weightlifting yesterday, so slacker today, but got in 20 minutes of dog walking, and lots of running around cleaning.4 -
Tracking can trump temptation: tonight I was at a concert. Late in the evening, although I was not hungry, the ice cream sundae vendor's allure was calling out to me like the Sirens to Ulysses. I stopped and decided to look at MFP on my phone. Nope! Not enough calories of margin, so I did not buy.

Hope everyone had a good Friday and is looking forward to a GREAT weekend!
Another successful day! My girlfriend and I went to our local farm for fresh produce and then she took me out for lunch. It was very nice to get out and spend some "girl". I love my husband dearly, we are both very independent people though and after being together 24/7 under not the best of circumstances we both need some alone time to do exactly what we WANT not what we need...lol......I got to go to the pool yesterday and out to lunch today woohoo yay me! This afternoon when I got home I was exhausted though and I had to lay down for a nap. I am now 4 weeks past surgery, doing good but a ways to go yet. I was reminded today they said recovery would be 4 months not 4 weeks...lol

I am taking a pass #2 day gladly. I went to one of my best friends house for dinner. My calories for dinner were fine but I had one glass of red wine and dessert so that put me over my calories. Happy day today!5

Pass #1. Stayed in control with one plate of food and a few treats. But no way I could accurately track graduation party buffet.5 -

@RangerRickL I had the same thing happen to me. I was not hungry but my boyfriend got a choclate covered cookie. I had a taste and almost bought one. I had the exercise calories for it but I had to guess a little bit at dinner so I decided not to get one.
Exercise: normal walking plus 20 minutes on the bike doing hill work
Calories: under by 600 (with exercise calories of course)
Tracking: to the best of my ability yes. It was hard to track some of the original sushi options
I actually thought I'd have to take a pass day today. I quit my dead-end job to go back to school so we went out to dinner to celebrate.

Feeling bad that I don't say/participate much. Life is going a little too fast right now and I'm hoping to get more involved when time allows. I am being extremely motivated by "having" to post my progress. It really is helping!3 -

I am going to drop this challenge for now as I do not have the energy to exercise. Thank you all for your kind support. I will see you in August.
