Exercise: some intense cycling, an itsy bitsy run, light swimming, and an hour walk
Calories: under (if I counted right)
Tracked: we went out to dinner so it took a little guess work. Hopefully coconut daquaris are like coconut martinis and my steak frites were 500 cal and not 12001 -
Sunday July 9th.
Exercised - lots. Got 2 hour bike ride in, hour kayaking. About 1/2 of it was fighting against the tide and 1/2 paddling with it. The out of my comfort zone with 1/2 hour on a stand-up paddle board.
Under calories and tracked everything.4 -

Today is my first pass day.
I tracked everything but went over my limit of calories for the day. I caved to my cravings...a sweet tooth actually. Not going to beat myself up or give up. I will have to try something different if faced with the same cravings again. I read a suggestion to check the time when they hit and try drinking water or have a cup of hot tea and see if the craving passes. Give it a good 15 minutes. Will try this tomorrow. Night all!6 -
Despite family reunion, I did manage to keep in my range. It was almost too hot to eat. Played lawn bowling with the kids for about an hour for my exercise and I tracked everything.3

For me, today is what a Pass Day is designed to do. Our Canadian family did not get on the road until 3:30 pm and then we entertained an Indian couple and some long time friends from right near us. Shared cooking and a variety of dishes and some very good wine. I did an ok job of tracking; calories and exercise until dinner. Then, it all went out the window with my own premeditated collaboration. Pass Day One and it's ok.

Yes x3. Barely. Got a run in this evening but I'm really starting to struggle with the snacking while on vacation. Three more days until I'm back home and in a regular schedule.3

@slimpossible007 well done on not taking that pass day
@realalize hope your dizziness passes, I have had a couple of bouts of vertigo, one of which was pretty bad and it's definitely not a nice feeling.
@Dosse1320 I pretty much count my cycling to work as a rest day now, I can do that without going hard out a bit like @bocasdelbobdog I have a meander to work pace."bocasdelbadbob wrote: »8m36s miles. That's pretty darn good. I ain't even getting that on a bicycle. Imagine that, a runner faster than a biker.

Exercised?: Yes. (Swam 20 mins with kids in lake on Frazer Island).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
In airport waiting for plane, so will post yesterdays status.
Early start yesterday. Up pre-dawn to go on a tour of Frazer Island. Large sand island with lots of wildlife and history. Frazer Island is on the World Heritage list and is protected. Only access is four wheel drive (and VERY bumpy).
Miles of sandy beaches. Stretches further than the eye can see.
Saw dingoes, humpback whales, freshwater lakes fed from rainwater and under-dune springs and forests of almost impossibly tall straight trees.
Went swimming in a freshwater lake with daughter and nephew (with crystal clean water and talcum fine vibrant white sand).
Great day .... apart from the food poisoning.
Food poisoning only kicked in after got back to parents place. Very rough night, could not maintain own body temperature. (2 exit, not waiting).
Trying to keep hydrated now, but still have to make it all the way home with family tonight (and not feeling too good).
