Exercise: some intense cycling, an itsy bitsy run, light swimming, and an hour walk
Calories: under (if I counted right)
Tracked: we went out to dinner so it took a little guess work. Hopefully coconut daquaris are like coconut martinis and my steak frites were 500 cal and not 1200

    Sunday July 9th.
Exercised - lots. Got 2 hour bike ride in, hour kayaking. About 1/2 of it was fighting against the tide and 1/2 paddling with it. The out of my comfort zone with 1/2 hour on a stand-up paddle board.
    Under calories and tracked everything.

Despite family reunion, I did manage to keep in my range. It was almost too hot to eat. Played lawn bowling with the kids for about an hour for my exercise and I tracked everything.

Exercise?: 7-mile run this morning (60 minutes), plus the usual walking.

    So far, so good!

8m36s miles. That's pretty darn good. I ain't even getting that on a bicycle. Imagine that, a runner faster than a biker.

Yes x3. Barely. Got a run in this evening but I'm really starting to struggle with the snacking while on vacation. Three more days until I'm back home and in a regular schedule.

@slimpossible007 well done on not taking that pass day
@realalize hope your dizziness passes, I have had a couple of bouts of vertigo, one of which was pretty bad and it's definitely not a nice feeling.
@Dosse1320 I pretty much count my cycling to work as a rest day now, I can do that without going hard out a bit like @bocasdelbobdog I have a meander to work pace.

I doubt @zorrocat is running up the extreme hills that you seem to bike up.... (could be wrong though)
