I'm checking in at 11:47 pm on Saturday night. What's very unusual is that I rode one of my horses from 10 pm until 11:30 pm. It was a treat due to the perfect full moon; temperature and clear skies. I am very lucky to live near a prairie park. I was out there with the owls; the night birds; the deer; and the stillness. With that very bright light of a moon, I could safely and my horse can see much better than a human. It was so lovely.

I was over by 60 calories today, so I have to put in for Pass #1.
However, I am down 4 pounds from our start last Saturday! I know it is unrealistic to expect this rate to continue, but it is certainly a great way to start the month!9 -

Oh dear. I knew from the outset that this would be a PASS day #1. Household camping event, lots of booze and campfire cooking.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Nope. Unless setting up tents count
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Sooo much no.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
Mostly.

Yahoo to @hawkins410 . I know how tough things have been for you lately. Keep it up! Nothing is more motivating than success. @rangerrickl what an awesome sounding ride. I haven't ridden in years. You are giving me the itch. They used to do rides on the sand dunes at Cape Cod were I am vacationing. I just checked and it is all ATVs now2

Exercise: I tried going for a run on lunch. It ended up in a walk but I'm still happy I did it. Also last Saturday at work since I am going back to school to be a teacher come August. I decided to take a vacation before school starts
Calories: Just barely under. I did enjoy a peanutbutter sandwhich and a steak today though.

Had a good day! Now doing my little walk twice a day....Is not very much but IT IS TO ME and takes me about 20 minutes each time. I will have to get my husband to measure it, I am thinking it is about 1/2K. Very thankful for my walker as I would not be doing this without it!
exercise yes
calories yes even got to have my popcorn.

We are trying something new for us. Trying to have our big meal in the middle of the day. We are not hungry at supper time so we will have a light meal or snack. I am anxious to see if it makes a difference!

Exercise: 60mins weight and strength training with my PT. Went for a 40kg bench press (pb 37.5) and failed miserably -> this will be my goal for the next week. I'm also focusing on my glutes as I had a bit of trouble with squats.
After that I did garden work pretty much most of the afternoon. Pulled up wooden stepping squares and replaced with some nice proper stone.
