Crawling back on the bandwagon kicking and screaming

Hi, I have basically not watched what I ate nor did much exercise in a good year and my body certainly shows it. I had been doing LCHF for awhile and then we had some family members move in with us and I knew that it just wouldn't work any more so I stopped. They moved out after six months and I just never got back motivated. I am at my highest weight ever and need some easy and tasty recipe ideas to get me motivated again. Can you help? Thanks

@jc4mee , it's actually much easier than you'd think:
Eat everything you've been eating so far, without the rice, potatoes, bread or pasta.
Cut out all high-starch snacks, sugars and treats, and reduce your cow milk intake for a while.
Instead of carbs, use more eggs, cheese, butter, oils and meat.
Where you would have eaten one chicken thigh - eat three. And add an egg, and some type of cheese.
Simple.we had some family members move in with us and I knew that it just wouldn't work any more
A friend of mine on Lo carb/keto had a similar issue with her brother, his GF and their baby coming to live with them for 6 months while their own home was underpinned for Subsidence. She persisted with her eating plan in spite of having to cater for 3 more mouths and different tastes....They all converted to Low-carb/keto with her. I'm sure each situation is different - of course, it has to be - but ultimately, the responsibility of what we think, say do - and eat - is ours to carry. If you decide something won't work any more - it won't.1
