In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!
Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Hello Ladies - It is a new week and the first full week of summer. Let's get going with our small steps to better health. We have been a small group and welcome anyone back or anyone new. It has been a struggle for the 4 of us but we keep trying. Let's get moving one small step at a time. One smart choice at a time. It doesn't have to be a big deal. just taking it one day at a time. we know what to do, we just have to be consistent and do it.
My goals- same as last week. I will accomplish these and then move to other ones
1. log food and be under calories 3 days
2. do low carbs for 3 days
3. do exercise at least 1 time
4. have 5,000 steps 3 days.

I had an awesome WW meeting today. The subject was LET IT GO!! The new leader was outstanding. I liked her format and she did awards before 10 so I when I reach milestones it will not be done after I leave for work. I think Mondays will be better for me and I know this leader is better and the class is smaller too. The other group had too many people also. Less negativity too.

Molly - how great you tapped into a good program here. I also liked what you had to say about the "missing piece" that they are trying out. You sound motivated and supported!1 -
My goals this week are to keep going with my Noom app every day. Very similar to fitpal in logging terms, but with daily articles to read and a goal coach checking in on your progress every Monday.
