I've been on mfp for years. I've lost, gained, lost, gained, logged, quit. Etc. I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol so my journey isn't all about calorie counting. It's also about nutrition. High fiber, lower saturated fats, lean meats, etc. But this time, I'm trusting more in God. He's giving me the tools I need and the knowledge. I just need to discipline myself to using them. I bought a book on kindle that I'm reading along with my devotional. I've struggled with other things in my life but when I turned it over to God, the battle was easier.
