Do you use MFP macros, IIFYM website or another site to calculate calories and macros? MFP says 1990 calories, 40% Carbs and Protein, and 20% Fats. Thanks

I've personally calculated my own macros from trial and error. I've tried different splits and documented when my body responded best from both an performance and aesthetic perspective. When i'm maintaining or cutting I generally eat 40f/30p/30c and try to time a carb heavy meal pre workout. When i'm bulking I usually up my carb percentage a bit.2
