I want to joint this group. I just start to be vegan. I was wondering what is the best setting, to be sure I'm not missing anything in my diet?

Check out nutritionfacts.org for lots of free videos and info. There aren't even any ads on that site.
If you eat fruits and vegetables, beans & legumes, nuts, seeds, and avocados you have a really good base. Look up B12, you'll need to take that if this becomes a long term diet for you.
Check out some books on the subject from your library to see what 'clicks' with you. Eat to Live or any of Dr. Fuhrmans books are good (though I can't recommend his recipes! you can find tastier ones online), How Not to Die by Dr. Michael Greger is another.
