I know I'm totally preaching to the choir here, but I'm reading Starting Strength before I start my SL on Monday, and wow! I'm still reading about squats (seems to be never-ending info) but I already feel my form improving as I practice each thing he recommends. I'm going to be crippled tomorrow from all the squats I'm doing, but I'm finally getting to parallel, if not maybe a touch below. I just am thrilled with how clear-cut this book is. Can't wait to read about the rest of the lifts!

    If you can get onto youtube his videos are fab as well - helped me a lot with form!

    It's a great book. I'm actually doing the SS program myself, but SL seems great too.
