My Goals Etc

Hi everyone! My name is Angela. I'm 19.

I started this journey on June 4th (very specific I know haha) at 204 lbs.
I now weigh 182 lbs. :)
My goal weight is 150-155 lbs
I exercise 6 times a week.
I do cardio and strength training (I like to think I have a good balance)
I log everything I eat/exercise everyday. It's very important to me.
I'm trying to lower my carb intake.
I want to try working out closer to 60 minutes a day. (I usually do 30-40)
I want to lose atleast 3 inches off my waist and hips in the next 60 days.
My "clean eating" staples are grapefruit, oatmeal, whole grain spaghetti, almond butter, almond milk, and blueberries.
