Mixing it up

I love the elliptical. Its one of the only cardio machines that Ive found to not bother my shins or knees. Ive been using the elliptical for a few months now and feel I have hit a plateau.
When I workout I start with the gliding elliptical at intervals of level 7 to 10 for 30 minutes. Then I finish with a stationary elliptical at level 11 at different incline intervals. I finish with weights.

How can I continue to use the elliptical, but switch it up to get over this hump?
