Is anyone else using Strava? I started using Strava in wk 7, and run it alongside the C25K app on my phone (I run the warm up and cool down). I have found that it more accurately logs distance vs time, and gives you an average pace for your run as well as a pace per km. It also records elevation and interval times. So today I ran my second best 1st km, and hit a PR on both 2 miles and 5km.
Certainly worth using when you complete the challenge and want to focus on improving your 5k running time (sub 30 anyone?). Perhaps once I am a slightly seasoned 5k runner I'll decide to train for 10k, but for now 5k is a perfect morning or lunch time workout.
So for those of you looking for more data: I highly recommend Strava.

I'm using strava as it syncs to my garmin account and the charity page for my Marathon in a Month ☺0
