What can friends see?

Basically, I don't have any friends on my fitbit app (which is how I have preferred it) but have lately been thinking that maybe I should get some. But I'm concerned about what those friends would be able to see - how much can you limit their insight into your activity? For example, while I am fine with people seeing my steps and calories out, I'm not sure if I'm ok with them seeing how much I weigh (which I log sporadically, but when I do it syncs from MFP). My new Fitbit (Charge HR 2) also keeps wanting to track my trails using GPS and while that's fine, I'm not sure if I would want other people (especially if strangers) seeing which forest trails I take at which times.
I believe this is what has kept me from seeking out fitbit friends in the past, and it might be good for me to join a step challenge or two against other people.

You can see their steps/distance floors. You can see when they're active/lightly active etc.
Friends can not see your calorie intake/sleep graph. They cant see where you walked or the location.
If you want, you can add me, take a look at my profile and then delete me.

I was just having a nose around my fitbit dashboard. If you click on your profile pic, if you hover over it, it will say "view profile". To the left you will see PROFILE AS VIEWED BY, there is an arrow that will let you scroll down which will show you what 'friends' see, and 'public' sees when they click on your profile.0

Each of your graphs can be set to public, friends, or private in your privacy settings.0
