Recovery sleepwear for pregnancy aches?

Did anyone else see that article/promotion for Under Armour's athlete recovery sleepwear? From the description of the technology I imagine it would be safe for pregnant women, but I'm curious if we think it would help with pregnancy aches and pains. Any thoughts? Anyone try them? They are quite pricey ($99 for just the pants or long sleeve top) so I'm hesitant but might happily pay if/when the aches and back pain starts (still in first trimester). If anyone tries them, please let me know what you think!
