@Kenda2427 Nice to know that the weather is more clement and you got started on the outside remodel.
I have pulled myself out of the doldrums. It takes me about a week in July to get my brain into gear for summer.

Milestone 9: 6 - 15 July Spring refocus on goals
My trip to Cambridge did some damage. Time to pay the piper and buckle down and focus on mindful eating. I have a birthday party to attend today, so need to be ultra-focused on making healthy choices.
Starting Weight on 6/7/2017: 168 lbs
Goal weight: 157 lbs
Weight on 8 July 2017: 166.2 lbs
Daily Goals
Every day, to help me achieve my weight loss goal, I will:
Prelog food ✅ 3/10 : follow through ✅ 2/10
Do 15+ minutes each of Strength 3/10 : Flexibility ✅ 1/10
Do 10000+ steps. 2/10 ✅
Drink a minimum of 8 cups liquid. 2/10 ✅
Take part in Sole Mates/100 More Days Challenges. ✅ 3/10
Refrain from eating after 8 pm 7/10 days each week. 1/7 ✅
Refrain from eating after 9pm 3/10 days of my choice each 10 days 1/3 ✅

My sister is home and Lord help us. The only day I took off for us to have girls day is Tuesday. Tuesday they made an apt and have decided mom needs a new hairstyle and coloring either highlights or lowlights. My mom is very depressed since grandma died. I can honestly say I think this is one of the worst ideas my sister has made. My mom loves her hair I do believe this is one girl's day I will skip and pick up my nephews and take them to open swim.
Today is a huge garage sale in a neighboring town. I mentioned that and I do believe we are all going to go do that if the weather holds. We had massive rain with thunderstorms last night. Right now it's dark and rumbly out we shall see.0 -

@2020pinktogo sounds like you made past the long work day just fine and now you're gracefully dealing with you sister. Keep your cool and have fun with your nephews
Yesterday was almost perfect but late at night I loaded on some carbs. I felt a bit hungry throughout the day and once I was done training I realized I need some extra fuel to recover. Not ideal but since I do need a day of refeeding a week, I guess yesterday was that day. All other goals checked.
Today's a great day, started up with extremely good news so that helps the goal for today is to keep things in check macro wise. We're going to grill out again. I want to get my weekend cardio in, chin-ups and pull-ups, steps, water and good rest.
I have been enjoying a nice NSV this past week since I started doing pull-ups. Last year, my max were 4 in a row, these days I do that every day, twice a day. Yesterday's PR is today's warmup

My daughter came garage saleing with us. Ok I made sure I had lots of change and singles. Some how I ended up paying for her items. My sister kept saying how much her boys are like me. Well my daughter is so much like her. Here is my sister at a garage sale going do you accept checks? The homeowner turns to me and goes what do you think should I accept the check? I go to them as your bank person honestly I would not accept any out of state checks. This is my sister's check I know it's good but I will pay for it and she can write me the check. The homeowner smiled and goes thanks Sue I'll go tell her my sister comes over and goes I need some cash I hand it to her and at the next garage sale my daughter goes mom can you loan me some cash? It's not like it was an expensive day. Total of 20 mom took care of herself. My sister will pay me before she leaves she will swipe her card and get some cash. My daughter I am sure it was a mom thing but just maybe she will look at it and think mom bought that for me. It was a nice day but I came home and took a nap as I was exhausted.0
