Just Finished My Fit Foods 3-Day Challenge

Yesterday, I completed the My Fit Foods 3-Day Challenge with a weight loss of 5-1/2 pounds. This is the easiest plan I've ever done. The food is delicious, and I don't have to cook it. I just pick it up right on my way home. Since there is a meal plan included, I don't even have to decide what to eat that day. The only thing I have to do is remember to take my meals to work with me and eat them, and the weight just falls off.
I haven't exercised at all yet. Today, I plan to start some weights because I don't want to get saggy as I lose weight.
My goal is to lose somewhere between 80 and 100 pounds.
I love that when I go to My Fit Foods no one weighs me or asks me how much I weigh. They are really awesome there. I'm already starting to feel better.
