Day 2: 30 sec Straight Arm 30 sec Elbow Plank hold
Day 3: 30 sec Elbow 30 sec Straight 30 sec walk ups
Day 4: 30 sec alt leg lifts in Elbow Plank 30 sec hip twists in Elbow Plank 30 sec straight arm Plank with alt punches
Day 5: 15 sec Elbow 15 sec straight 15 sec walk up 15 sec hip twist 15 sec alt leg lifts
Day 6: 30 sec Elbow 30 sec straight 30 sec walk up 30 sec hip twist 30 sec alt leg lifts
Day 7: Rest
Day 8: 30s Elbow 30s straight arm alt arm to elbow 30s elbow with punches 30s straight alt knee twists 30s side Plank R 30s side plank L
Day 9: 1 min elbow Plank with T rotation, 1 min straight arm with Alt leg lifts, 30 sec each side hip ups
Day 10: 30 mins each, Elbow, alt leg kick out to side, straight arm side plank right then left, reverse plank
Day 11:
