I know this question isn't for everyone but- I have larger breasts and I have a pretty sturdy sports bra. I still find my chest to be extremely sore after only running. Does anyone have any bra suggestions?

I got directed towards a moving comfort (now brooks brand) jubralee. I have never had a different sports bra since. It is worth EVERY penny of the $50 or whatever they cost now. Brooks is having a sale today... and their Juno is on sale... which is the racer back version of the jubralee... still high impact...so once I get it, and get cleared to run again- I will let you know how that one is. GOOD sports bras are pricey, but worth it. Not only is it more comfortable, but you don't realize how much of your energy is going towards taming the girls, until you don't have to anymore

Not sure what your bra size is, but I'm a 34DDD and I've been having great success with the Victoria's Secret high impact sports bra. I've tried a lot of brands and this is my favorite.

Thank you guys! I will have to try the brooks brand one. I have tried Victorias secret and it doesn't work for me. I'm a 38 DDD and I feel like nothing ever works.

When I was a DD I used to wear 2 for all high impact activities, especially running. I really hate to bounce! The first bra was an encapsulated bra made for my actual bra size. The top bra was a snug compression bra with a bit of a higher top line than most bras so it covered my breasts with no cleavage showing. I found the better coverage on top and bottom held me in place better.

I have since found a high impact bra from Ambrielle that is actually made like 2 bras in one. The bottom layer is an encapsulated bra with a compression layer on top, and is a lot lighter than wearing 2 bras at once. It also has a higher top line for better coverage on top that I like. Plus, they're available from JC Penney and they're reasonably priced, which I love!

Hi there! I'm a DDD and 100% recommend Brooks for sports bras. I was really hesitant after seeing the price but it is seriously worth every penny. For me it was a game changer. Super comfortable, no bouncing.

Know I'm a little late to this party (seems to be a theme for me? lol) but if it helps you or anyone else who may be still looking, I found great success with SheFit.

I'm a 38DDD as well, and I was fitted with a 3 Luxe (your actual size may be different). With all the ways to adjust, I've never felt so secure, and it feels so great to finally be able to run in only 1 bra securely!
