ALMOST AUGUST 1ST!

Is everyone ready? I definitely am after going to my postpartum visit! I've lost almost all the weight just need like 30 more to go and I'm at my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm not rushing to lose this weight, i want to do it the right way and be ready for next summer!!! ;) This summer is almost over!! Can't wait for fall! Who is ready to shred these inches and pounds? :)

    I'm definitely looking forward to it. I haven't been able to do my running nearly as much as normal this week due to tweaking my leg, so feeling restless.

    Totally bummed because its looking like the 30 day challenge for August is not very feasible for me :frown: i will try to get them in when I can and if another opportunity like this comes up for September

    MsMarlaJean .. why can't you start 30DS?

    Each workout is 20mins, so even if you did it once or twice a week, it's better than not starting at all

    Awww Zummerzet_lou thanks for your concern :smile: I definitely will be doing it once or twice a week as I have been doing it supplementally 1 time a week up until now. However I was gonna try and squeeze 30 day shred into my day-to-day for the month of August, but then I realized just how much is involved with the move out of my apartment and into my condo that I completed today and it's gonna take me some time to unpack, :tongue: plus I have NO room to do the 30 day shred at the condo yet because we currently have "trails" made out of boxes to and from the essential areas-LOL! :blushing: who knew I had collected so much...ahem..."STUFF" in 7 years!

    Add that to the fact that my niece is coming to stay with us from Washington for 3 weeks...:bigsmile:

    And then add to that my current workout schedule that is set based on what I have already payed for the month and is also somewhat determined by my work schedule (someone is currently on vacay in my office):

    Monday: CrossFit class after work (when co-worker is back I must workout mid-day)
    Tuesday: Rec Center after work ((when co-worker is back I must workout mid-day)
    Wednesday: CrossFit class after work
    Thursday:Rec Center After work
    Friday: CrossFit class after work (when co-worker is back I must workout mid-day)
    Saturday: Work&workout at CURVES (this is usually where I do 30DS because i have the space and just tack it in front of my curves circuit workout)
    Sunday: Rest day

    Sorry, I know you probably didn't want such a detailed run down, but I really do want to do it...just can't seem to work it out feasibly for this month...:ohwell:

    I will continue to do it on Saturdays AND as I mentioned in my other post, I will try and squeeze it in more whenever I can! i will continue to participate as much as I can on the group :flowerforyou: as I will be curious how everyone does and what topics might come up throughout!

    And if anyone wants to do the 30DS again for the month of September I am TOTALLY down! :wink:
