hi! i'm jackie and i'm new to MyFitnessPal (3 days). i was sleeved on June 11 and so far have lost 37 lbs since surgery, but a total of 61 lbs since january.

    Obviously I should start with the older topics!!! You had surgery the same day as I did, only three years later!!! Congrats on your decision. You won't believe how different your life is a year from now!! Welcome to MFP. Make it a part of your new life. It's a must. I have my entire family doing it almost!! My daughter, who is not a WLS patient, she's lost 20 in the past few months. She and I are back to wearing the same size!! Good luck!
