In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Hello Warriors!
Just wanted to get this up early because I am going on a short road trip to Geneva, WI July 16th to 19th. I can use my phone to check in but not to create the weekly challenge.
I will be busy tomorrow packing but going to try to stay on track while on vacation. Going to WW Sunday morning instead of Monday. I would go Saturday but they will not weigh me again since WW week is from Sunday to Saturday and they consider going Saturday just a 2nd meeting and not for next week.

Good job on steps my friend!
Back from vacation. Vacation was good. My Dad was in hospital and my sister managed.
I only gained 1.6 and plan to get that off by Monday so I will have lost something. I also see the doctor Saturday who put me on weight loss meds so this will also help me stay on track. I could still see these helping me while on vacation. I am not sure I gained. Will have to see tomorrow once I see how sodium flushes out. I have been drinking like a fish today.

Good visit with Dr today. She encouraged me to do better with low carb. I had lost over 9 lbs since my last visit with her.
