This one goes out to all my rice lovers out there. After coming up on a article speaking about the beneifits of (ricing ). I decided to do some home work the caloric value of cauliflower rice is super lower than white rice .For example a cup of cooked white rice without salt, nutritional charts is around 205 calories per serving, 24 on the estimated glycemic load and 90% carbohydrate-intake. A cup of cooked cauliflower with salt, you’re looking at 28 calories, 1 on the estimated glycemic load and 64% carb intake.

I’m not a dietician by any means just another guy trying to cut his carb intake and certainly this advice isnt helpful for everyone but depending on your goals and prefrence it may but really though look at those numbers pretty awesome honestly especially if you enjoy the taste of cauliflower its worth a try atleast..

So over all the tastes isnt that bad.. i paired mine with black beans and honestly its to me edible!!. Im calling that a super win!..is this a complete replacement..no way but for sure it can compete and a great idea for prep days it comes in a bag super quick to cook with a variety of flavors!!..
