Cheddar and sage biscuits!

One of my favorite things about being vegan in the year 2013 is that there are many feasible substitutes that do not detract from the great taste of other peoples' traditional recipes.

I found this great gluten-free blog's recipe for cheddar sage biscuits:

I made the following substitutions:
*Ener-g Egg Replacer rather than the eggs
*Daiya cheddar style shreds instead of the cheese
*Whole wheat flour instead of the gluten-free recipe

These are SUPER simple to make and are absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this recipe! I'm going to make more to freeze them. Enjoy!
