Just wondering if anyone here works in Homecare? If so...how do you manage your meals and eating properly?
I just started with homecare in March...prior I worked in hospital. I find once I leave the office by 9am I'm on the go non stop until I get back around 230 or 3pm...i pack a lunch to take with me in the car....but there's only so much you can eat in a car...and most of the time it's a few bites here and there between clients homes. I know I should be stopping and taking a proper lunch break but I also want to be done work by 4pm lol.
If anyone can share what they do that would be greatly appreciated

I never did home care, but if it were me in this situation I'd probably eat a sustaining breakfast, pack a snack just in case, and then eat a good dinner. We're very programmed in our society to have those three meals. But that's not necessary really. If you're not starving, no need to build in that lunch break. If I could get out early by skipping that lunch break, I would too!
