    Morning~

Off for more needle pokes (EMG nerve test). I feel like a pin cushion this week!

Hopeful to hit a movie and dinner with DW tonight.....anxious to see Dunkirk!

Its a balmy 81 degrees here (90% humidity) with temps expected to top the 100 marker today! I'm dripping in places we don't talk about in public settings :-)

    Happy Friday!

    Mornin' BBB.

Never got here yesterday. Was up at 5am, exercised the dogs, did some gardening, packed dogs and gun in truck drove half way across our wee state for dog training (dang it was hot). Bought a new (used) shotgun. Drove home. Found DS#2 at home (surprise). Took him out skeet shooting. Wound up drinking Sapporo and eating sushi. Fell asleep.

Mary, Nellie is just liver and white. Must have been the camera or lighting. Still haven't gotten boat wet with saltwater.

Japanese beetles are a problem here too. I use bait bags and that usually works well. So far so good.

    Skip, hang it there.

Steph, good thing you are hard bodied fit girl so you could make like OJ at the airport.

    Lou, fingers crossed, brother.

    BBB OP ;-)

    Good Morning!

I am super glad that today is Friday. The heat and humidity are great at sapping energy. I feel like I should still be in bed.

Lou, I am keeping my fingers and toes crossed that you land a super job!

    Have a great day!

    Good morning.

Got a few sprinkles yesterday; enough to make the street look damp. Still, that was our first rain in almost a month. Back to high 70s an mostly sunny, today. I've lived and worked all over, and the summers in the PNW are, by far, the most pleasant. You can have your heat, humidity, thunderstorms, hurricanes. I'll take boringly nice.

Good morning BBB Friends. Got Emma's lab test back. UTI again. On antibiotics and already improving. Poor girl.
It's show time here. Senators are arriving today.

Hope you have a great few days Dennis

Dave, that picture you posted is amazing - wow! I've not been your parts, Cali is closest I've gotten. So different from our landscape here in Wisconsin, though we have our beauty as well, in rolling farmland country, the Great Lake Michigan, and some nice inland lakes, rivers, etc.

Hope Emma gets this thing over for good already!

I bet the folks are lined up at Raines booth and the cash is rollin on in!

    Hot humid here again.

Hot date tonite just me and SO at our neighborhood hole in the wall. Last update there looks to be done in about 1970? But its, very close to home, friendly, good, cheap, etc. I think absolute and lemonade might be in order for me, and haddock.

Hope you get a great offer, Lou!

So good to hear you are fishin with Mom, Kelly :)

You all have a good quick work day, and may our weekend drag, except of Dennis being on the road, hope his work time flies by for him!

•So sorry Skip you have turned into a human pincushion. YIKES. Hope they come up with a better solution and outcome soon. Nice here today from 55 deg in a.m. to lo 80s late in afternoon. Sorry about that.
•Sapporo and Sushi Lee....hmmmm doesn't get much better than that or some of my other favorite craft brew choices. Sapporo,Sushi,Skeet. Nice!! Oh and we have some sort of local yard debris removal ban due to Japanese Beetle discovery in the burbs. Being somewhat proactive keeping them at bay.
    • Fish on Kelly!•Good luck Lou in job landing!!
•Yeah maybe 50 to 100 or so raindrops on my car around noonish and then whoosh gone again. Technically keeps July from being completely without precip I think.
    • Have fun with your SO tonight Mary in local watering hole.

Dennis, has Emma had an xray taken of her bladder? She could have a stone in there causing these repeat UTIs.

EMG today - there's a barrel of joy! Stick pins in your body and jolt electricity to see what works/what doesn't. Left side has "unusual findings" - report will be ready Tuesday..... If I have to go back to see Satan for another shot next week, I'm bring me flask with a wee dram of whiskey to knock the edge off!

Lee, I talked to Dr. Mom tonight and Emma did have an x-ray two years ago and there are stones. They haven't been a problem until recently. She's 13 so I'm not sure if surgery is in her best interest. Her 'sisters' lived to be 14.5.

Sorry that Emma isn't feeling so hot.
Busy day today. Stupid busy. I took a nap so I could stay awake for the girls tonight. Good time like always. Ate great. Doing terrific.
Electricity and pins sound exhilarating!!! I wonder what will pop up?
    Night.
